Introduction

Hi reader sorry I haven't posted in a long time and I also wish you a Merry Christmas or what ever you celebrate and a Happy New Years.

Today I am going to talk about how to deal with family. Its something I'm dealing with and I know many others are. Todays blog will be only two paragraph. Don't get me wrong, I love my family more than anything but sometimes I feel stuck in a box, if that makes sense.

How 

Growing up I felt like I have to prove something to my family to make them proud of me. I found if I talked to my parents how I felt it helped a lot, not only for me but also them.  And for the parents reading here's a tip don't ever never pick favorites because it will cost a lot in the future. And for the kids or teen that feel left out don't try to prove anything just talk to your mom or dad how you feel or even your siblings.

Why

Another way is to ask your self why and write it down in a dairy or journal. I promise it will help. I wrote my feelings on a journal to let all my pain out. It will make you forget all about your pain that you are hiding in side you. Or you can set an activity like family game night that could make you feel closer to your family. It is fun to spend time with family.
